CloudTailor charges a nominal logistics charge of Rs. 200 + GST for each garment for shipping within India. Taxes as applicable will be charged. As a standardized policy, for international shipping, we charge INR 1,500 + GST for the first garment and INR 500 + GST for each additional garment (in the same shipment order) as international shipping charges for orders placed to ship outside India. Taxes as applicable will be charged. We intend make logistics as affordable as possible for our customers. Hence, If the actual shipment charges are lower, the same would apply for that particular shipment. All the shipment charges will need to paid in advance before the shipment. Shipment charges are not refundable under any circumstances. Customs clearance charges and clarifications should be provided and borne by the customer. The placed orders will be processed on weekdays (Monday to Saturdays), excluding the public holidays. Orders placed will be delivered within 4-7 working days within India. Delivery locations outside India will take around 10-15 days. The international shipping delivery estimation might also vary according to our international courier partners’ presence in the designated country to be delivered, and might take longer than the estimated time, at times.
We allow the return of the product(s), only if they have a manufacturing defect. The orders customized by CloudTailor do not qualify for a refund. The customers can make the return request with the atleast 2 different images of the defective product(s) within two days from the day of receiving the product(s) by contacting our customer support through email/phone call. Once the product(s) is accepted by our team, the customers are requested to send the eligible product(s) to our designated address within 7 business days. Once received, the product(s) that are requested for exchange/return will be thoroughly inspected by our quality check team before deciding on further proceedings.
