Responsible for Production Meeting, Waste control, Schedule all Style to be cut, Sewn, Finished as per frame on time. Honest & Hard working.
Daily Basis Follow up of the Process.
Will oversee the Entire Unit Production, Planning, Quality.
Able to implement and Monitor Continual improvement Project related to Production & Quality.
Supervision of all Production Process in the Unit. Involved in day to day Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, Packing.
Guideline & close Monitoring in cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing Packing
Quality checks Needs to be done at Various Check Points Production workflow, fore casting, Quality & Timely Deliveries.
Will be responsible to the ensure Production Execute & Shipping on time every time anticipate and identify Production Problems & find solution that might affect the delivery.
Working closely with the merchandising, production, and technical team.
Department budgets, running cost, efficiency, productivity, on time deliveries & profitability.
Implementing LEAN concepts on the production & production related areas-at all levels & across all departments-internally & externally (Including suppliers.)
Reconciliation of orders and show profit and loss of each order.
