Except for COD, we provide all other payment options. You can take your pick from Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit/debit cards, UPI and Netbanking to get the dress design of your dreams.
Can I use any coupon code if I have one?
Yes, you can definitely use a valid coupon code for partial or full payment of your purchase.
Are the payment modes specific to PIN codes?
No, the payment modes stay the same regardless of your pin code. You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit/debit cards, UPI and Netbanking to get any form of tailoring done.
My payment is in process. What to do?
Please wait for 2 hours. If your payment is still not processed, please raise a complaint with our Customer Service team. They will guide you through the required steps you need to take.
My payment failed. What to do?
Wait for 3-5 days if the money has been deducted from your account. You will get a refund within that duration. However, please contact your bank if you have not received the payment within this time frame.
My money got deducted from the bank, but my order isn’t placed. What to do?
Please wait for 2 hours. If your tailoring order is still not placed, please raise a complaint with our Customer Service team. They will guide you through the required steps you need to take
I’m not comfortable using my card online. How safe is it?
It is absolutely safe to pay using cards or through internet banking as we use a safe and secure payment gateway.
What to do if my payment fails?
Please try to make the payment again after checking if the information entered is correct. If your payment to the stitching app still fails to go through, try using another payment method.
