Position: Center Manager (Production Manager)
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore and Patna
Role:
- Cut to Pack garment Production Planning and control.
- Planning of the garments Production, Line Planning, Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring, WIP, Goods work Method, Maintenance knowledge. Achievement of the plan. Capable of the Planning from cutting to Packing.
- Responsible for Production Meeting, Waste control, Schedule all Style to be cut, Sewn, Finished as per frame on time. Honest & Hard working.
- Daily Basis Follow up of the Process.
- Will oversee the Entire Unit Production, Planning, Quality.
- Able to implement and Monitor Continual improvement Project related to Production & Quality.
- Supervision of all Production Process in the Unit. Involved in day to day Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, Packing.
- Guideline & close Monitoring in cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing Packing
- Quality checks Needs to be done at Various Check Points Production workflow, fore casting, Quality & Timely Deliveries.
- Will be responsible to the ensure Production Execute & Shipping on time every time anticipate and identify Production Problems & find solution that might affect the delivery.
- Working closely with the merchandising, production, and technical team.
- Department budgets, running cost, efficiency, productivity, on time deliveries & profitability.
- Implementing LEAN concepts on the production & production related areas-at all levels & across all departments-internally & externally (Including suppliers.)
- Reconciliation of orders and show profit and loss of each order.
Desired Profile
- Candidate with min 6-7+ years of extensive experience in Production (Apparels Industry).
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative & product teams.
- Good Communication and Leadership skills
- Able to lead and manage the team
- Experience managing a team, demonstrating strengths in supervisory, mentorship, and leadership capacities.
- Having experience to run campaign on overseas market
