CloudTailor is a personalised tailoring service for women and men. Experienced fashion designers and authorised tailors make your outfit to your measurements, online or at our experience centres.

Ethnic, casual, party and formal wear. For women: blouses, kurtis, salwar kameez, lehengas, dresses, gowns, tops, shirts, jumpsuits, jackets, skirts and trousers. For men: sherwanis, suits and blazers, bandi and Nehru jackets, designer suits, dhotis, shirts, pants and waistcoats.

Yes. Pick the closest garment type and share a reference picture or sketch with your designer, along with any notes. We'll tailor it to that design.

Message us on WhatsApp or visit an experience centre. Your designer helps you settle the design and fabric, your measurements are taken, and your order goes to our tailors once the advance payment is made.

Yes. You can place an order on behalf of a family member.

No, there is no minimum order value.

Yes. Share the fabric and the occasion with your designer, and they'll suggest designs that suit you.

Yes. Send the reference image to your designer. Hand embroidery and dyed fabrics can vary from the reference in shade and detail, as explained in our terms of use.

Yes. Send us the saree and your designer will plan the new outfit, using as much of the fabric as possible.

Prices depend on the garment and design. Starting prices for a basic customised garment:

• Kurta or kurti: ₹800
• Skirt: ₹900
• Shirt: ₹1,000
• Jacket: ₹1,500
• Gown: ₹1,900
• Jumpsuit: ₹2,500
• Lehenga: ₹3,000

Your designer confirms the final price before you pay, including any extra work, accessories or delivery.

Normal orders usually take 7–10 days and complex designs 15–20 days. Your delivery date is agreed with you when the order is confirmed.

Changes are possible until your order reaches the tailor. After the advance payment, a change to the order may be treated as a new order.

Yes. In cities with a CloudTailor centre we can pick the fabric up from your home for a small charge. From other cities, courier it to the centre.

For now, you'll need to provide the fabric. Your designer can tell you which fabric suits the design.

It depends on the garment and design. Ask your designer and they'll tell you the length to buy.

Depending on your city, you can:

• visit an experience centre
• have a specialist come to your home (in serviceable pin codes)
• give your measurements on a call with our fashion expert
• send a garment that fits you well, to use as a reference

An authorised tailor visits your home to take your measurements. It's available in serviceable pin codes, may be charged extra and depends on availability.

Yes. Your measurements are saved with your profile once you place an order, so your next order is quicker. You can update them anytime.

Yes. We use your data only to fulfil and support your orders. Read our privacy policy for details.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Size and measurement alterations are free when you bring the garment to a CloudTailor centre, as long as the seams have enough fabric.

Changes to size and fit. Style changes, such as turning full sleeves into sleeveless, or altering a garment to fit someone else, are not covered.

Yes, in serviceable pin codes. Pickup and delivery for alterations may be charged. See the refund and cancellation policy for the full terms.

Across India, and internationally to the US, UK, Australia and Dubai. International orders may attract import duties, payable by you.

Pickup and delivery start from ₹99 and depend on weight, distance and urgency. Charges are shown with your total before you pay.

Message us on WhatsApp with my order status and we'll update you. Once dispatched, you also get a tracking link from the courier.

Please choose your address carefully. We can't change the delivery address once the order is placed.

UPI, net banking, and Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express cards. We don't offer cash on delivery.

Yes, a valid coupon code can be applied to your order. Orders placed with a discount code are not refundable.

Wait 2 hours. If the order still isn't confirmed, contact us and we'll check it. Failed payments are usually reversed by your bank within 3–5 days.

Yes. Payments go through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your card details never reach CloudTailor.

Yes, until work has started. Once the order is with the fulfilment centre, or the fabric has been washed, cut or stitched, it can't be cancelled.

Because every outfit is made to your measurements, we don't accept returns. If something is wrong with the fit, we'll alter it. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Where a refund is approved after review, it's issued as a gift voucher, usually within 7–10 working days. Read the full terms in our refund and cancellation policy.

On stitching charges, through our website, app or stores. You can use up to 5 gift cards on one order. Gift cards can't be recharged, transferred or exchanged for cash.
