Delete your CloudTailor account

Delete your account in the CloudTailor app

1. Open the CloudTailor app on your Android or iOS phone.
2. Tap the user icon in the bottom bar.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Tap Delete in the confirmation dialog.
5. Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone.
6. We'll confirm by email or SMS once your account has been deleted from our servers.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, send a deletion request from the email address or phone number registered with your CloudTailor account:

• Email support@cloudtailor.in with the subject “Delete my CloudTailor account”, or
• Message us on WhatsApp.

We'll verify that the request comes from the account owner and confirm once your account has been deleted.

What happens to your data

Deleting your account removes your profile, saved addresses and measurements. Some order and payment records may be kept where the law requires it. See our privacy policy for details.
