Yes, you can cancel your order or partially cancel your stitching order if it hasn’t reached our master. Once it gets to our master, we will not be able to cancel. We will notify you at every step. Please contact us regarding the issue. We will be glad to solve it instead of you having to cancel your order.

If you find that the wrong Gift Card has been delivered to you, contact us immediately in order to get the issue resolved. You can return the entire package (with the Gift Card intact & unused) within a period of seven days in order to get replacement. We have a no-refund policy whatsoever. You should notify us immediately if you find that the delivered package has been tampered with or soiled in any way so that it can be replaced.

Ordering a Gift Card or an E-Gift Card through CloudTailor’s website  cloudtailor.com, app, or EBO is simple. First, you can create your card by choosing the design. Then, select or type in the amount you want to spend, the denomination, and the receiver’s details. Then, click the “submit” button, which will take you to the checkout page.
